BookOutlet.com
Hey everyone! I figured I would post about my favorite place to shop for books. Now there are pros and cons to buying books from here. The first pro to this website, is that there are so many cheap books! There are a variety of genres! And every book is about 50% off. I love the YA/Teen section on the website. The first time I bought books from there, I bought 8. All of them were from YA/Teen section. I used a $5 off coupon. I ended up spending like $15 for 8 books. And I am pretty sure it took a little less than 2 weeks to get to my house. Which isn't bad. The bad things about this website is that the books that are on there, will not always be on there 24/7. So if you see a book on there you like, do not hesitate. Because the next week, it probably won't be there. But overall, I love this website and you can score some amazing deals! #bookloversunite

The Lunar Chronicles: Cress
Rate(out of 10): BMS
OH GAWD!!!! Where do I start? This book is just so amazing!!! And if you haven't read it yet, sorry not sorry for the spoilers. The writing is just purely amazing. I love the book a lot. Bad thing is, I have to wait a month until the 4th book comes out!!!! WHY OH WHY!!! I was just so happy that Kai and Cinder finally kissed. I ship them so hard. They are absolutely amazing together. I ADORE THEM! But I just love that Marissa Meyer includes a set couple in each book. Who will Winter be set up with in the next book? Pre-ordering soon! I need that book. I loved that in Cress there was so much happening. And towards the end, Marissa packed so much action in to such a small part. I had to reread some of the sections in order to take in what was going on. It was like get wedding invitations and went straight to kidnapping Kai. Then Kai and Cinder were finally left alone to talk and Cinder finally told him everything. And I mean everything. I was just like OMGGGGGGGGG. I applaud Marissa Meyer on her fabulous writing.

My Pug: Fionna
Hey everyone! I would like to introduce you to my pug, Fionna! She is my baby and I love her so much! I named her after Fionna from Adventure Time. Next month we are getting another one who will be her sibling. We are going to name her Cake from Adventure Time as well. Fionna is very energetic and loving. She sleeps underneath the covers with me. She does snore a lot and it can be annoying. She is also has these big eyes that look like they are about to pop out of her face. And she does like to eat human food and if you don't give her some she whines and gives you these puppy dog eyes. Its very pitiful. But she is the greatest and I love her so much!
The Lunar Chronicles
For my birthday, my brother bought me the first book in The Lunar Chronicles series by Marissa Meyers. I had been wanting to read the series for a little while. So I was very enthused when he had bought me it. I started reading it. AND OMG!!!! I love Cinder and Prince Kai! HE SEEMS SO DREAMY!!!! Am I the only one who fangirls over book characters?!?!?! Like him and Cinder just need to be together already. Like now. Please and thank you. Before I could even finish the first book, I went out to Barnes and Nobles to buy the second and third book in the series. At the moment, I have finished the first two books in the series. I am currently reading Cress, which is the third book. It is so cute how Cress dreams about Thorne. She is like in love with him. Its so adorable. And Scarlet and Wolf are amazing too. Wolf is your typical bad boy who everyone falls for. Overall, I love that each book has a set couple. Each person has a designated person. I ship all of the relationships. Marissa Meyers paired the characters perfectly. I look forward to the fourth book Winter to be released next month. I plan to preorder it so I can read it right away. And I will definitely post about it too.
MAJOR BOOK HAUL
Okay I have not posted anything book related in awhile. These are all of the books I have gotten since August. I either got them for my birthday, gifts, or I bought them myself. I did buy 8 of these from bookoutlet.com . The rest I bought from Barnes and Nobles, Half Price Books, Dollar Tree, Thrift Stores, Kroger, and Target. As I read them I will do reviews. If you have one you want me to do right away comment below and I will ad it to the top of my TBR list.

Much needed reorganizing!
Hey everyone! So the other night I was up until four in the morning. I just have troubles sleeping. So I decided to reorganize my bookshelves. Now I only took pictures of my two black ones. I have another shelf that is in the corner of my room that is attached to the walls. Its kinda hard to take pictures of that. Sorry if the pictures are a little blurry.
New books!
I haven't bought any new books in awhile. Decided these were much needed. I went to a local bookstore in Irvington called Bookmamas. I absolutely love the place. Now some books are a little overpriced, but sometimes you can find great deals on them. I am excited to read these! I absolutely love John Green! I will do reviews on them as well after I read them.

Trip to Holiday World: Thunderbird, Henna, and more!
Hey everyone! On Monday June 29th, I went to Holiday World with my family! I recommend that you go during the week because they aren't that busy. I think the longest we waited in line was 25 minutes if that. The first roller coaster we rode was The Legend. I sat next to one of my little cousins who this was her first time riding a roller coaster. Just let me tell you what happened. At first she was find. But as soon as we went up a hill, she started freaking out. As soon as we went downhill, she started screaming. She kept screaming my name and yelling at me to hold her. By time we were done, she was crying really bad. I about died of laughter! We rode some of the other rides as well. When I was waiting with my littlest cousin Joe, we decided to play a basketball game. Him being only 4, he can't really throw that far. So he missed on his first throw. The lady running the game looked at him and asked him if he wanted to give mommy a try. Do I look like a mother to a 4 year old? Im only 16! I think I don't look like a mom! I was a little offended. I did get a Henna tattoo. It was something new they had going on this year. I actually liked mine. But I paid $20 for it. Kind of a lot of money in my opinion. Afterwards I got this awesome tasting pretzel. I wanted another but I wasn't going to pay $5 for another. I also bought 8 necklaces. Which I will probably post pictures of later. I won 2 stuffed animals from games. And I also bought a matching set of key chains for my boyfriend and I. They are puzzle pieces and they have our names on the front and the date we started dating on the back. I paid about $25 for those. Which I will post pictures of everything later that I got that day. Overall, I had a great time and my family didn't really get into any arguments.

Shopping Haul!
Hey everyone! I went shopping at College Mall in Bloomington for the first time ever! I went in several stores but I only bought things from two stores.
I went to a store I have never been into before called Earthbound Trading Co. And I will say it is amazing! And they are not overpriced! The Bath Salts were only $1.95. The Essential Oil was only $5.95. And the necklace was only $5.95 too! I am in love with this store and will have to go back again!
Next I bought two things from Hot Topic. They had a sale of everything was buy one get one 50% off. I bought some new cat earrings and an Allison Reynolds POP! figure!
These next two things I did not buy. My boyfriend actually gave them to me yesterday because he had bought them while he was in Florida for a week. They are adorable and I love them!

Book Review: P.S. I Stil Love You
P.S. I Still Love You by Jenny Han
Rate out of 10: 7.5
Since I was in love with the first book, I decided to read the second one. I was not happy with the fact that Jenny Han left Josh out of the book a lot. He isn’t in it as much as the first one. Which makes me sad because I liked him the most. But I soon got over that when John was introduced. I would by far choose John over Peter and Josh. I just don’t like Peter. I do like that he is nice to Kitty. Kitty adores Peter, which makes it harder for Lara Jean to choose. I am still Team John. I will never be Team Peter, which if you read the book, you will know what I am talking about. I gave the book a 7.5 out of 10 because there were moments that I actually screamed at the book. Things would happen that I wouldn’t want to happen or wasn’t expecting. But beside that fact, I fell in love with the book instantly. It had me on the edge of my seat and it left me wanting more. Sadly, I know there will probably not be another book in the series, but I wish there would be. Han did a very great job with writing these books and she should definitely continue writing young adult books. I also recommend that you do not read this book first, you need to go in order! Trust me, it’ll be worth it!

Post of the Day
School is coming to an end, and I have come to realize that life is a very quick thing when you are not paying attention. At the beginning of August of 2015, I will be a Junior in High School. I feel like it was just the other day I was in Elementary School. I do not remember much from when I was little, but there are still memories that I cherish. I have lost a lot of friends but have gained them as well. I have loved and been loved. My heart has been broken and put back together. Thousands of tears have been shed. I have cried on shoulders and my shoulder has been cried on. I am only 16 years old. I will be 17 in July. One more year and I will be 18. Where has time gone? I have learned in these past couple of months, you need to try and live life to the fullest, within reason. Try to say yes, instead of no. But you still need to think of the consequences. If you know it will lead to death or something else bad, then do not do it. Anyways, I just needed to say something. I wasn’t sure exactly how to say it really. I apologize if it sounds like a buffoon wrote it.

Book Review: To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han
Rate out of 10 : 9
I do not normally read romance books. But this book was very recommended by other bibliophiles. I applaud those people because they made a great recommendation. I fell in love with the characters instantly. Especially Josh. I can imagine him in my mind! He makes my heart melt! Yes you are allowed to love fictional characters. Now, I was not a big fan of Peter. He seems like a major jerk. I have come to believe he thinks he is better than everyone else. But there are times in the book where I fall in love with him and I ship them together. But then he does something stupid and I hate him again. This book just goes to show why boys are so confusing. Lara Jean is like most girls today her age. I know I am like her. She doesn’t hang out with many friends. She prefers to spend time with her family. But I have come to realize that authors tend to do that, make the main characters relatable to the readers. But hey I am alright with that. Just makes me realize that someone out there knows what my life is like. Even if you are not into romance books, this is a must read for everyone!

Why Books Are Amazing
Books are beyond amazing. They are one of the very few things that are perfect in my life. And I mean physical copies of books, not digital ones. I prefer ones I can hold in my hands. I can hear the turn of the page. I even smell the books. Books from libraries smell weird. Old books smell like my grandma's house. And brand new books smell like perfection. I also love it when I finish reading a book. I have this sense of accomplishment. "I did this. I finished this." Every time I finish reading one, I have to sit and relax. I need time to take in what had just happened. Let all of the information settle in. Books are just amazing and I love them with all I can.
We Are Humans
We go through life oblivious to the world around us. We run through it never taking a break. To pause and notice what is right in front of us. I tell myself it is because we are humans. That is only an excuse. We make excuses for a lot of things. It is all a disappointment.
I may be only sixteen years old, but age does not matter. I have gone through a lot. I do not wish to be pitied. I wish only to be heard. The way people live their lives shock me. The judgement they face and the judgement they give. What goes around comes around. They think it is alright to go through life judging others and thinking they are not at fault. They have another thing coming. Everybody has flaws. Everybody does something wrong.
When I was growing up as a little girl, my parents use to tell me I was the most beautiful little girl around. As I grew older, I soon realized this was a lie. I do not meet today’s “standards” of beauty. I am not a toothpick. I do not have long hair. I am not girly nor do I wear dresses. I am the complete opposite. I am overweight. I love my hair being short and I use to even dye it all kinds of different colors. But I had to many people tell me it made me look ugly. So I stopped dying my hair. I wear jeans and t-shirts all the time. I hate putting make up on and I hate doing my hair. I brush it and go on about my day. I am the opposite of beauty and I am alright with that.
People today need to realize that they will never get anywhere in life by judging others. They need to be judging themselves.

Not So Average Teenager (Original Short Story)
Today is like any other day. I go to school and then I go home, but what I didn’t know was that I was going to go home to my family gone. This is where my story began.
I abruptly woke up from a dream I was having because my mom was calling my name. She was telling me to get up to get ready for school. I layed in bed for about twenty more minutes before I decided to get up. I went downstairs to the bathroom like I do every morning. And by the way I live in the attic. The attic was transformed into a bedroom, my bedroom. I never eat breakfast in the morning, so I brush my teeth first. I brush my hair out and go back to my room to get my uniform on for school.
By time I am ready to leave my mom and brother are already outside in the car waiting on me. I say goodbye to my dad and I lock the door and go to the car. My school isn’t far from the house. It takes about eight minutes to get there from my house. As we pull up to school, I turn off my phone and put it into my backpack. I say “Goodbye, love ya.” to my mom. She says it back.
Every teenager dreads highschool. I know I do. Our school is divided into three kinds of people. The weird and smelly nerds, the ghetto people, and finally the people who don’t belong to either of those groups. Sometimes the people in group three are kinda both group one and two. My so-called friends and I belong in group three. The reason why I call them my so-called friends is because one moment they are nice to me but the next they could be talking crap about me or put me down about the things I do. The thing is, I don’t tell anybody. I just let it build up inside. One day I am going to explode.
I had made it through the day. Before school had ended, the lady at the front office told me that my parents couldn’t pick me up and that I had to walk home. Nothing seemed unusual, I just shrugged my shoulders and started walking home.
I was so exhausted by the time I got home. I had noticed that my dad was home early from work and that my mom was home as well. I looked over and my uncle was home too. Before I opened the gate, I noticed a suspicious car was parked one house down. I made eye contact with the man in the car. Suddenly he pulled out of his parking spot and sped down the street. What a creep, I thought.
I tried to open the door and it was locked. That was strange especially since everyone was home. I knocked a few times and nobody opened the door. I pulled out my key from my backpack and unlocked the door. I twisted open the door and it was dark in the house. All of the lights were turned off. A foul smell came from within. I walked in and put my backpack down by the door. I walked into the living room and there it was, the crime scene.
My family had been slaughtered. Their lifeless bodies laying there and their blood splattered throughout the room. The television had been punched. I froze right there. I didn’t know what to do. I went for the kitchen to get the home phone because my cell phone was still in my backpack. I stopped abruptly because right in front of me were my dogs, my dead dogs. They too had been slaughtered. I hadn’t even had one of my dogs for a year. And now they are gone. All of them were gone. I started to cry and i kneeled down by the lifeless body of my dog Jellybean. I picked her up and I cried. My hands were now covered in blood. I tried to wipe them off but I just got blood onto my shirt. I Got up off the floor and ran outside. I frantically looked around and decided to run for my neighbors house. I pounded on the door and Mrs. Stevenson came running to the door. She looked at me and frantically asked, “Sweetheart, what is wrong?”
She hadn’t noticed the blood on my shirt yet. I started to cry and I screamed at her that my family had been murdered. She ran for the phone and called 911. I just sat on the floor. It seemed as if days had passed, but it had only been minutes before the police had arrived. They went to my house first to see what had happened. Then they went to my neighbors house where I was. They took me to the police station to get away from the tragic event that had happened. I wasn’t crying anymore at this time. They asked me a series of questions. When did I come home? Do you have any witnesses? Did you notice anybody suspicious around? DId anything happen yesterday that was unusual? I told them I had just gotten home from school and that as soon as I had seen what has happened I ran for my neighbors. I also told them I hadn’t noticed anybody around the house. Even though I knew that was a lie. They thanked me and they called my Mammaw to come and get me.
Weeks had passed since my family had been murdered. The family I did have left mourned for our lost love ones. The funerals were closed casket. I didn’t cry at all the past few weeks. Mammaw had questioned me about it and I had just told her that I ran out of tears. It was expected of me to not go to school for at least a week. When I did go back, everyone was nice to me, but I just acted like nothing had happened.
After the case died down and they couldn’t find a suspect, I had my Mammaw drive me to the coffee shop near her house. I was going there to meet someone alone.
I walked into the coffee shop and made eye contact with the guy that was outside my house the day my family was killed. Ï walked up to him, “I told you to not kill my pets. Especially my pug! How could you!”
“Keep your voice down girl! And besides they are just dogs. They were making a lot of noise and would have gotten me caught!” explained the man.
“You owe me a new one!”I yelled.
“You can have any dog you want. I told you I would take care of your problem and I did. Now please sit down and have some coffee.” he urged.
I quickly sat down. I just glared at him. My family was a problem and they had to be eliminated. The police still couldn’t figure out who killed me parents. The only people who know who did it was this man in front of me, my neighbors, and I. Yes Mrs. Stevenson knew what had gone wrong. She was in on the plan from the beginning. We just had to play the role that way we were suspects in the crime. They will never figure out who had done it. There were no witnesses or evidence. If people knew what had happened they would think I am crazy. I am not crazy. I had a reason to all of this.
My family made me think they would be better off in life without me. They were always hurtful and they didn’t care about me. Maybe I would just be better off without them. I am better off without them. My problems are all gone and now I am free. My mammaw doesn’t really bother me so she doesn’t have to go. She lets me have all the freedom I want. Her I will keep around. Once I am eighteen, I am going to leave this country. I have it all planned and set up. Mrs. Stevenson has a sister that lives in England and she has agreed to let me stay with her and work for her. There I will live the life I want and escape all the problems I have had. I will not return to this god awful place.
I may just be a teenage girl, but I am also a killer. I didn’t kill my family myself, but I had someone do it for me. Not everyone is innocent. Everyone is guilty of something.
Years have gone by and I have moved on. I have everything I have ever wanted. I am content with my life now.
The End

Age Does Not Determine Knowledge Nor Wisdom
I have been told time and time again, that I have no clue what love is. That I am too young to understand it. In these almost seventeen years I have been alive on this earth, I have witnessed many events. I have seen for my own eyes lose, love, want, greed, hatred, and many of other characteristics of the people that live on this heavenly body that we live on. I still have over half of my life to live and experience the many odds and ends it has to offer. Age is but a number. A person who is 24 can be just as wise as another person who is 75. Our knowledge and wisdom is based on experience, not age.
New Books!
I went to Kroger today to buy a gallon of tea for my mom. Every time I go to a store, I always have to check out their books. Well lets just say I found two books I was wanting that are on my wish list! I hurried up and called my mom and asked her if I could buy them, and she said yes! I did quick little victory dance in the aisle because I had to beautiful books in my hands that were about to be officially mine in less than 5 minutes! Fest your eyes on these beauties!

Item Review: Staedtler Triplus Fineliner Pens
Rate (out of 10): 9
These pens are by far the best ones I have ever purchased! They are made in Germany. Most pens I have that are made in other countries, I like way better than my other average pens. I bought the 10 pack at Target for about $12 and I bought the 6 pack at Walmart for about $5. They do sell a 20 pack I believe at Target for $25, but I was not prepared to pay that much money for a pack of pens. One of the reasons I love these pens is because they do not bleed through my papers at school! They also write very smoothly. And the lines are very fine since they are 0.3 mm. They are in a hard plastic case. Which when you flip the top over and lock it in place, it becomes a stand as well. Now I have only had these pens for about a month, but most people I got the suggestion from to buy these said that their's lasted around 3-5 years for them. And I only bought the 6 pack because I know I will use the black pen the most, and I really wanted a gray and purple pen. They are my favorite colors our of them all! These pens are a very recommended buy!

DIY Stress Away Foot Soak
Ingredients:
1 cup of sea salt
1 cup of Epsom salt
2 cups of baking soda
10-15 drops of essential oils ( I used peppermint, eucalyptus, and lavender, you could also use lime or tea tree)
1 cup of sea salt
1 cup of Epsom salt
2 cups of baking soda
10-15 drops of essential oils ( I used peppermint, eucalyptus, and lavender, you could also use lime or tea tree)
Directions:
1. Gather Ingredients
2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
3. Add in your essential oils and mix together.
4. Store into a glass container.
**Tip** When using essential oils it is best to store your products in a glass container, you can use plastic but after awhile it could eat at the plastic. I have used thick plastic containers before and they have worked perfectly fine as of right now.

News Alert! Woman Stabbed In The Eye With A Fork!
This past weekend was Memorial Weekend and the Indy500. Most people decided to have cook outs and other parties to celebrate both of these. One family in Indiana did this exact thing. A woman that was invited over, ate all of their food, including "the last rib." Now many normal people wouldn't be overly dramatic about this. But when the homeowner confronted the woman, she was angry and stabbed the homeowner in the eye, with a fork! For crying out loud lady! You did not need to bring violence into this mess! Over ribs! The homeowner did suffer some eye damage but is okay. Maybe next time before any of us go for "the last rib", we should make sure its worth it and a negative outcome won't happen!

Movie Review: The Theory of Everything
Rate (On a Scale of 1-10):
Gracie: 7.5
Alexis: 8
This was a splendid movie. It is recommended for all movie lovers to watch. The actors portrayed the characters very well. The movie itself will show you exactly what Jane and Stephen Hawking experienced in their lives. Even though the movie is not much of a tear jerker, it still leaves you on the edge of your seat and leaves you a little teary-eyed. At the end of the movie, Stephen told Jane, "Look at what we made". This leaves an impression in the viewer. That one sentence will quickly sum up all that they went through and what all they accomplished. If you have not seen this movie already, you need to watch it!

3. Before you mix in the food coloring, add the food coloring into a little bit of water and put it into the mix quickly.
4. Our circular molds worked better to make the bath bombs.
5. The food coloring does not stain the tub or the skin.
6. Don't add a lot of water, but add enough to make it a little mushy to make it stick together better.
